2012 - A year of Choice

 

On the eve of the Northern Gateway project hearings, Joe Oliver our Minister of Natural Resources released an open letter to Canadians, stating;

'Canada is on the edge of an historic choice: to diversify our energy markets away from our traditional trading partner in the United States or to continue with the status quo.'

I stongly agree, we are on the edge of a historic choice - but are these our only options?  I think not.

When Pigs Fly - I loved this trail the first time I rode it and my love grew each time afterwards. Shredded it this weekend for the first time this year, and it didn't disappoint. I wore a perma-grin the whole way down. This weekend was a wet one, and the trail suffered a bit for it, with puddles in a few transitions, and the bottom, 'Betweaked' section heavy with water and mud. Regardless this trail delivers fun for all 5.3km! - wildflower
